I had a dream, and I don't actually remember my dream but I do remember the phrase "lonely little loser with a lame pseudonym" and the only problem is that the word pseudonym doesn't start with an L.

There's gotta be a better word, I'm just not seeing it.

How about "alias"? Doesn't start with "l", but the alliteration is there.

Not to me, but I'm not a native speaker. To me it actually implies a different name of the same person.

But you might prefer leasainm.

* although technically the alliteration would be "hl" more like "a lonely" than "lonely" in many English accents (and I'd also replace "lame" as I dislike it in that sentence for several reasons).

Also, yeah, lame isn't great, but I refuse to be held accountable for my dream-self's word choices. At least half the time my dream-self isn't even me.

"Lame last name?" "Name" breaks the alliteration, but there's the rhyme….

"lame username" isn't alliterative, but rhymes and has sort of the same meaning.

Actually, "lame nickname" sounds even better to me with a rhyme and an alliteration of its own.
