I saw something mentioned on a community, I think it was support_interim...that when you have I2s in a category, the "paid account fairy" goes out giving out paid time every 2 months.

Maybe that's it?

But that's only two months, not a year, and for your journal, not a comm you run. I certainly don't have I2s in comms (much to my annoyance).

*shrugs* I'm not complaining. I just hope whoever it was also thought to give me a delayed-receipt extra user pics :)
