I am, but I sometimes read my friendslist when I cannot sleep, and I will still be doing obsessiveicons because it is enjoyable and really was not the problem. Shh, don't tell! I have been considering posting in my old writing depository, or using my current journal for some of that (friends-locked to anyone who was interesting) because, frankly, I'm an attention-whore and an emotional exhibitionist and I don't feel like something is real unless someone else has seen it. I've been writing a lot, but it doesn't count when it's just in my notebook. O, the angst

What if you simply *limit* your time online? No more than, say, an hour a day, broken up into half hour segments?
