Interesting, I don't recall ever being constipated just then, nor did it cross all the way to the runs, but always when bleeding the texture of my solid waste would get softer and easier to expel, usually when I thought I was only heading to the loo to pee. The word that comes to mind is "fluffier" (not that I ever touched it with any body parts (other than those it had to pass through) to confirm or deny the appropriateness of that word).

I don't miss bleeding, neither do I miss this side effect. I wonder if everyone who menstruates has a change to their digestion process just then. It isn't exactly something we normally talk about. I wouldn't mention it now, but you started it...

Lol, I had no idea such a chart existed. My fluffy was more coherent than their immage for type 6, kind of like their type 4, but less dense, more volume

Yes. To quote our adult daughter, hormones are a blunt instrument for getting anything done.

The "no free busses" thing is a problem for our county too. The county recently decided that the costs of collecting fares and dealing with several payment structures, such as seniors and students, weren't worth it, and our country busses are now all free.

Good news? It does go away eventually. To the point in which I actually have begun to forget it.

Bad news? Post-Menopause and Menopause seem to vary for everyone and no one wants to talk about it, and it's all very confusing.
