I'm not reposting the list.

1. World peace. Since I know youse guys can't deliver, I'll settle for "actions that are generally helpful to the community or world at large". Do something charitable. Do several somethings charitable throughout the year. Either make peace with whomever it is you've been fighting with or cut ties altogether. That sort of thing.

2. Any of a number of books, I'll post a nearly full list later.

3. Paid userpics, again.

4. Gifts for the babies, I'll post a nearly full list later. (Edit: THIS IS WHAT I REALLY WANT. It's all on my amazon wish list)

5. A winning lottery ticket.

6. I could use a jacket.

7. Some good recipes are always nice, especially if they're not too complicated. (Edit: Thanks guys! I can use more, of course, but thanks for what I have now! *grins*)

8. Somebody to come over here and help me clean. Again.

9. My mom to quit smoking/drinking so much caffiene. Again, you can't deliver, so I'll settle for you making efforts to improve your health or bad habits. You're my friends. I want you to live a long time.

10. Any of a number of DVDs, once more with the full list.

Edit: My amazon.com wishlist is here.
The master list of wishlists is here.

Edit again: If you need my contact info, ask for permission to see this post. I reserve the right to refuse permission for any reason. Deal with it, I'm the one not getting the present.

Here's one that isn't in there:

Chicken Paprika/Paprika Hendel

For each person:
1/2 boneless skinless chicken breast, frozen
1 small (tennis-ball size) onion, chopped
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon sweet or rose' paprika
2/3 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon flour

Cook the onion in the butter until soft. Stir in the paprika and reduce the heat. Rinse the chicken with drinking water and lay on top of the onion mixture. Cover the pan tightly and simmer for 45 minutes to an hour or until the chicken is done. Meanwhile, stir flour into the sour cream. Remove the chicken and cube. Stir the sour cream into the onion mixture (should be quite liquid from the chicken juices) and increase heat. Bring to a simmer, stir in chicken pieces and cook until thickened. Serve over egg noodles.
