That was a surprisingly large item in the budget because nobody was willing to share - and our budget is not currently that big either, so you can imagine how we prioritized our spending this month.

Still, if I'm having a tooth pulled, I'll need *something* to distract me. After the fact, anyway.

I was a little worried before the game came out. On the face of it, my desires were simple: I wanted a game that was exactly like BotW while simultaneously not being too much like BotW. You can see the problem with my simple desires, but I think they actually managed to pull it off!

I'm sure there's already complete walkthroughs out, but other than one tricky shrine (we actually were doing it right, except we didn't realize that if you don't align the springs perfectly the programming doesn't recognize what you're doing) we haven't checked them yet. Jenn has a hypothesis about the enormous pits of gloom. She thinks they appeared (mostly? entirely? primarily?) where shrines in BotW were. I think she's on to something, though it doesn't appear to be 100% "where there was a shrine, there is now a pit". I just need to find a map of BotW overlaid on this one.
