Lately I seem to hear songs from my adolescence an awful lot lately

At the grocery store, when picking up a burger, things like that.

Is this what being middle-aged feels like? You stop hearing the songs from your parents' youth, or today's youth, and start hearing your own youth again?

Well, the real question is, do I want to die before then? Because, all things being equal, one could just keep living one more day, and one more day, and one more day, etc, indefinitely.... like Mrs. Winchester, who was never quite done building her house. I'm the low-brow version: I'm never quite done cleaning mine, and probably never will be. Woohoo, immortality through procrastination!!!
