Is this what being middle-aged feels like? You stop hearing the songs from your parents' youth, or today's youth, and start hearing your own youth again?

I have a young client who is "into" the 80s. They were born in the late 1990s. I have not asked them "where do you even get acid wash denim any more?"; I'm afraid the answer is, "Ebay! Isn't it just an amazing find? It's an actual authentic piece from the period!"
