And I went ehhhh, because inertia, right?

But I gotta admit, I can't imagine Jeff Bezos sending me a condolence bouquet. (That's something else he can do with his billions and billions, pay off people's funerals and send flowers to their loved ones!)

If their prices are comparable and they offer the same really stinky fish treat the dogs love, I might switch after all.

I cancelled an order for Hermione's Rx meds when she was diagnosed with cancer, because after that, she could eat whatever the hell she wanted. I was a little too late and the shipment went out anyway. Chewy refunded me the money and suggested I donate the case of expensive Rx food to an animal shelter.

Chewy is the BEST. Especially on Rx food, much cheaper than the vet's office.

That's nice of them to suggest donating it, and still refunded you! I'm still used to companies (that aren't on amazon prime) wanting you to pay shipping to return things...
