If it's any consolation (then again, it may be terrifying to contemplate), these commercials are aimed at a general audience, which leads me to think that NTs have as much trouble as the rest of us!
I noticed at least some of the changes in that one... the fruit and the computer, mainly. I didn't notice a lot of the other things appearing/disappearing though...
