Swedish Midsummer Festival
Friday, June 22, 5-8 pm
Robert F. Wagner, Jr. Park
Join us in Wagner Park for a Swedish celebration of the solstice, and experience a unique way of rejoicing on the longest day of the year. Decorate the maypole and learn traditional folk dances. Make midsummer wreaths, and enjoy a parade, fiddle music, children’s games and Swedish delicacies.

Traditional music by Paul Dahlin and fiddlers from American Swedish Institute in Minneapolis. Folk dancing with Barnklubben Elsa Rix and Swedish Folkdancers of New York. Dances led by Jeannie Eriksson Widman.

Tour de Parc*
Sunday, Sept 30, 10:30-Noon, EP
Tricyclists, bicyclists and scooter riders 9 years old and younger show their pedal power in an "everyone wins" cycling tour of the parks. Helmets required.


This will have to all go on Jenn's big calendar upstairs.
