I really am enthused about these cookies, can you tell?

I'm also amazed at these blocks. Next year, or this year for Ana's birthday, I'll buy them. She loves sitting with me, reading her various abecedarian books (I'm making a list to get, because clearly you can't have too many of those), repeating the words, and making the handshapes for the alphabet. It's... a bit frightening, actually. Pretty soon, she'll be reading, and *then* what'll we do when we want to say things in front of her without her knowing what we've said?

This bodes ill. That's all I've got to say about it.

(On the other hand, I can't wait until she can read her own books to herself. That's the first step to moving into real books. I have a list of things I want to do with this kid.)

Oh, and if you'd like a card or something, but not cookies, you can do that too.

I'd be tempted to sign up for cookies, but the customs people would just steal them (not allowed to bring non-pre-packaged food into the country *pout*.

I haven't been putting my name down for cards cos if I did I'd start feeling bad about not giving anyone any myself :P
