Plan to do so again in a few days, really trim it down. Basically, I'm doing this by looking at my friends list, and cutting out everyone whose name or icon I don't immediately recognize, along with some facts about them. It's better for me to have a smaller friends list, and be able to give their posts attention, than to have a huge friends list I can't pay attention to. So, uh, if you care, that's why you're not on the list at the moment. People are still welcome to friend me, but don't expect any reciprocity from that for a long time.

I'm still sick. I *feel* pretty much fine (yay!), but I can't speak, and I get tired every couple of hours, have to take a nap.

Hi. ::waves::
I'm a stranger you just friended, so I've friended you back, and thought I'd comment so you know I'm here.

You really do have a large list. I read everyone, every day, so I have to keep mine around 100 or I get lost. Of that 100 there are heavy posters (like you and me:) I admit it, I have blabberfingers) and then some that don't post at all, so approx 100, a little more or less, seems to be my magic comfort number.

Yikes, you really did get something nasty, didn't you?

Keep hydrated. Warm tea is good.

Oh, that's cute.

When she's good, she's very very good, isn't she? *laughs*

Rest up, and feel better soon!

She sounds very much like Emi - in other words, quite typical for her age.

Cute, though.

From the sound of it, Ana is easily on Emi's level, despite being younger (Emi's 2.5), and from my impressions, Emi is quite bright, too.

It's definitely difficult to not make that assumption. I have days I've spent with Emi, and at the end, I'm getting frustrated (wrongly!) with other children her age because they're developmentally behind her.

Or not developmentally behind, so much as she's both developmentally ahead and very well trained by her parents and other adults around her. (Because sometimes, it really is a matter of training.)

Is she? Somehow I was thinking she was younger...

I know too many small children.

Oh, no wait.

18 months is the same as 2.5 yrs.

Hi, I can't count! (It's one of those days.)

Holy crap!

I really CAN'T count! What's wrong with me today?!

(Now I'm wondering where I got 18 months from.)
