Just because the Bushes are in power and blithering morons, I really don't see any reason to change the Constitution to prevent them from taking office.
Some people didn't see the need to set a limit on how many terms one could serve, but those limits were set.
Any more than I see the necessity to change the Constitution to allow Arnie to do it.
I have always viewed that requirement of the Constitution to be unjust. I don't want Arnie to run for president, but I'd be glad to see it gone.

As for the second, the why is "because it's fucking stupid". So, your parents were travelling when you were born, you can't be president? So, you were adopted, you can't be president? But if you were born here, and then spent your life from age 5 - 30 out of the country, you can come home and legally be elected? What does "being born here" have to do with anything of value?
