Those are the sorts of people I would never let be support admins if I had a say. They think rules are to be followed. Which is true, up to a point. But the point of rules is to make things work better, and I tried to pick people who would understand that and understand the purpose of the rule, so they knew when to break it. Rules are guidelines to handle the vast majority of cases, but when you start following the rules merely to follow the rules and not to make things better, you become a bad leader amd you set a bad example. I firmly believe that, and I firmly believe that my approach works and worked. But I'm also arrogant and believe I know better than most people.

On the one about gay foster parents... these children don't have traditional homes, that is the point. I don't care if you believe a traditional two person heterosexual married home setup is better for children, that's not an option for these kids. And if you believe it's better to force them out of a loving home to who knows where, then you shouldn't be allowed to make decisions that affect children.
