Yeah. Pollen count goes down a bit just in time for me to get a cold!

Fall is always a crap shoot with me. I love the cool weather that keeps mosquitoes away and pushes back my need to be sweaty and gross, but there's always that one year when something I am terribly allergic to acts up and I spend fall asthmatic and clawing my eyes. Other times though, it's awesome.

The last article, about the journalist and hospitals. “NYC hospitals should be ashamed for keeping out journalists — I believe it worsened and prolonged the pandemic,” Prolongded the pandemic seems like a weird thing to say. Epidemiologist etcetera says a pandemic ends when enough people have acquired immunity, either via vaccination or post infection . It’s quite over the top to claim photos end pandemics.

I guess the photographer meant that it should have been good to scare people even more. I don’t know. The US turned the pandemic into politics from day one, right? And the side that’s strong in NYC is the side that’s really scared of the pandemic.
