I actually turned off my a/c in order to listen in, which I rarely do, but I was hoping he was yelling at the neighbors for the fireworks. I really don't think he's sane, but he's at least consistent about hating excess noise at unneighborly hours.

If he wasn't yelling about local neighbors he could have been yelling about mine. ;) So much fireworks that, I think might require a professional license for legal possession and use in this state.

I'm not an expert in sound identification of fireworks nor in the legality of different classes of fireworks in particular states.

I mean, it could be. I don't know his politics, we've never had a conversation. I try to avoid him due to his propensity for suddenly going on screaming jags.

I used to live next door to an insane person. His screaming jags were one of the LESS annoying habits of his ( I don't know what they were about because the only English words in them were "fuck" and "shit".)
