conulyAbsolutely delicious. Very spicy. The correct way to eat this hot sauce is to carefully put a few drops on a plate of food. The way I eat it is to glug out entirely too much due to clumsiness, then gobble my food as fast as I can before it hits my sinuses. Yum!
Anyway, inspired by the hot sauce, I went investigating this "black garlic". A black garlic fermenter is not in the stars right now, but I did obtain a jar of black garlic cloves, and they are EVEN MORE DELICIOUS but less likely to burn my tongue!
I have already learned that they do not like being put through the garlic press. Anybody have any good recipes for them?
