Edit: Fixed yay. Only took an hour and a half from the time I posted. That's okay, I like staying awake to watch dawn.

when I was a kid, it annoyed me that my parents were always telling me I watched too much TV when they watched as much as or more TV than I did! that's not any different from parents who complain about their kids being hung up on computers now when they're on their computers all the time.

I would start with using boiling water on a slow drain and then use several treatments, a day or three apart, of a "good" bacteria/enzyme product. If those did not work the I'd wonder if the pipes were corroded enough to restrict flow.
