We had to choose between glass French presses and the cats. I still have two cats. And a plastic aeropress.

My kidlet broke my french press once. He was sweeping. Poorly. He was five, in his defense. The waiting period for a new one is terrible! As is the waiting period if you get a new, cheap one and realize it leaks all over and you have to spend decent money as your first one was a gift, which, uh, may have been my situation?

Eva has less of an excuse. She was thumping the bottom to get all the grounds out into the compost pail....
