I am dubious about their research. Maybe it was just poorly explained.
By their logic, Boston is not a liquid, Boston is an 2+ phase alloy precipitating out some pretty serious crystals (e.g. Back Bay).
Maybe by "Boston" they didn't mean actual Boston, but the greater Boston area?
