Barry screwed everything up creating a double that wrecked havoc on everyone's lives. Caitlin developed ice powers and went evil because only men with powers on this show can be good. Then, Barry went to Speed Force prison for plot-related reasons and Iris was sad.

The Flash is the only one of the DC'verse shows gridlore and I are still watching at this point, though we did tune in for all of Crisis on Earth-X this week, which was bloody amazing.

Well, I'm also trying to catch up on Supergirl which I enjoyed last season. I mean, it was so over-earnest, but still.

Having learned (potential spoiler removed) while watching Crisis, I might be willing to give it a try again. Because seriously, Melissa Benoist is perfect as Kara.
