Couple of "ooh, let's everybody be more active on DW" thoughts

First, if anybody reading this on LJ actually has a journal on DW that they post in, please let me know so I can, um, know.

Secondly, if anybody on DW is actively looking for new readers or journals to read, you might try posting in addme, addme_fandom, or 2017revival. They're reasonably active right now. (Of course, most people reading this either already know about that or, better yet, met me via those comms, but that's not the point. I want moar people.)

Thirdly, and this is entirely unrelated, I screwed up dinner and now I need to cook something fast with, pretty much no ingredients. Fuck.

Well, one of the good things about Dreamwidth, as compared to LiveJournal, is that you can "subscribe" to somebody without giving them "access" to read your locked posts.

Of course, all your posts are locked, but you could post up saying something like "I only make a public post occasionally, but I'm great at making comments!" and go from there.

I know the feeling, btw. I've barely given *anybody* access lately because I'm avoiding giving access to a specific person who might well make a new, fake identity. So pretty much anything I really, really need advice on, hardly anybody can see because I don't want that one person to see it.
