Yeah, I didn't watch that either. It's amazingly freeing not watching the debates.

Anyway, on a completely unrelated note, this list of defining features of fascism has been in my head lately. And I figured that if you're going to read that, you may as well read (or re-read) The Authoritarians.

I didn't watch them either; gots badder fish to fry, and I hate watching people talk anyway, even if they're not interrupting and one-upping each other. I will read the transcript when I have time, and see what they actually said, without all the non-verbal 'sound and fury signifying nothing' of NT speechifying.

I don't see how anyone can stand to listen to Trump. The man can barely talk in sentences.

Apparently the moderators this time around really came down on Trump for not answering the questions and for interrupting, causing him to sulk that it was "three against one". Uh, no, honey - it's a grown-up debate and we want everybody to follow the same rules.
