Besides "The Goddamn Batman", which, let's face it, is more like a title? I tried googling this crucial issue, but what I got was more a list of modern kennings* than affectionate nicknames.

* Well, if we stretch the definition of kenning a little.

I think it's generally used by villains, most particularly the Joker, so it may be a way of diminishing him.

Heheh. Yeah, and I specifically remember in the animated!Batman series, Joker's nickname for him was "Batsy" - even worse sounding. Heeee.
