The Vox description of the NYT's article about Hitler seems to me to be misleading; I recommend reading the NYT article in its entirety. As I read it, the bit about Hitler maybe not being sincere in his antisemitism is the weak counterpoint, dutifully reported on in the spirit of balance, towards the end of a longer article entirely about how antisemitic he was.

I confess, I didn't read the NYT article. I often find the system they use for their posting of historical articles is headachey, so I rarely read the older ones. But I ought to, so I guess I will.
