You go to the store for ONE THING, and as you walk out the store, burdened down with a dozen different things, that's when you remember the one thing you forgot to get. D'oh!

My laptop hinges arrived, in other news, and next weekend I am jumping off the pit into insanity. Wish me luck, because I certainly need it.

and that is why I shop on amazon. I'm much more likely to wind up with the thing I need, and only the thing i need.

Sometimes it's not cost effective, and other times I need the thing I need RIGHT NOW.
