Trump reportedly said he would reject a bailout package if it included aid to keep the US Postal Service functioning
I have said this before, and I will undoubtedly say this again. There is a cabal in the government that seeks nothing more* than to destroy the USPS for having the audacity to be a well-liked, mostly functional arm of the federal government.
This is not a conspiracy theory, except in the very literal sense that there is a conspiracy and I have a well-tested explanation for why it exists. There are some people in our government who simply want to see the world burn, starting with the post office.
For the love of god, if you have no other issue that determines how you vote, make it this one. Contact your congresscritters and keep at them and keep at them until they shape up. (And don't believe the lies about FedEx and UPS working better. They outsource everything they don't want to handle to the USPS.
