If I'm walking down the block with an empty backpack that's slightly unzipped, the whole world tells me to zip it up.

If, however, I'm walking down the block with a full backpack that has, among other things, a frozen chicken and a glass bottle of mexican coca-cola in it, and it's open so wide stuff is about to spill out, nobody says a word.
