It's a long train ride to the shelter
May. 19th, 2017 12:52 amAnd there are no real sidewalks, so I took the bus to pick him up. The bus drops you off directly. OMG, the bus ride is even *longer*, though.
Plus, my metrocard didn't work, so I had to make a pit stop to make change. Got him some chewies in the hopes that they'd keep him happy on the ride. They did not. All he wanted was to snuggle, preferably entirely out of the bag.
He's now home, calm but subdued. Not much interested in eating yet. Looks like he's about to fall over asleep.
