Also check out mandysmoon.com, they specialize in personalized items for minority and/or mixed-race children (especially those adopted from foreign countries, they even sell things like Asian angel Christmas tree toppers). Don't know if they do growth charts but their prices are reasonable.

OK so their T-shirts are also white (but picture both siblings and can be customized for siblings of different races) and their growth chart is of the sort that has spaces for photos, but it is only $20 despite being made of carved wood. I think MM is best for things like Christmas ornaments, "Susie's Room" plaques, address labels/stationery, etc. but I love their devotion to giving people as many options as possible (and their stuff is good quality, at least what I've seen) in having dolls/ornaments/etc. that do look like the child(ren) in question.

I love hearing about people who start up their own businesses and are successful! Those growth charts ARE cute. I have a 2x4 from Hope Depot that I painted white. I need to just mount it on the wall and add measurement markings. I want to have the kids put a handprint on it each year on their birthday, with their measurements. I kind of need to get going on that. I've had the piece of wood since Kira was 1.
