Help?

Firefox has started randomly doing this thing where it always has a blinky cursor on the page in the text. This is making scrolling up and down pages a real hassle, and I don't like it, and I want it to go away again. How can I do that?

Also, does anybody know why I have to manually delete my history when it's set to do so after three days? I've never bothered to ask about that, you know....

I don't know for sure, but I think it thinks of a day as 24 hours. So 3 days are 72 hours. With other words, pages from 4 days back at night will sit there until you hit that 'time'.

Except that this isn't what I'm complaining about.

In my history, there are folders neatly named "Today", "Yesterday", "Two Days Ago", and "Three Days Ago", as you'd expect. There are also folders named "Four Days Ago", "Five Days Ago", "Six Days Ago" and "More Than Six Days Ago", as you wouldn't expect.

Wow, okay. I've never noticed that myself. I have it set to clear after 1 day myself, but I never get those days on there. You might want to submit a ticket with the Firefox Devs.

It took me long enough to move out of my inertia to ask on my journal, it might take me a few days to dredge up the irritation to ask them :)
