Based on an incredibly small sample size and a teensy set of criteria, so I'm not sure how much credit I give this. I know we're nice all, but honestly!

Mumbai is least polite, with those same caveats

haha I don't think so. I said "please" getting ice cream last night and almost gave the poor counter guy a heart attack from the politeness.

i tend to find the children at the museum to be very polite, though the parents are not. somehow you just lose it as you age, I suppose.
