I suspect it's the same one. They attempted to insult me by calling me an "annoying cunt" and implying that my diagnosis was fake. Oh, alas, I am not the annoying one, and my diagnosis is anything but fake.

Actually, it's rather sweet that they took the time to make an insulting image just for me.
