Hey all. Need help.

I've got a friend here whose son was diagnosed with AS, and she wants advice on making puberty and everything else easier. I rambled far more than I should've, and was probably completely non-helpful, but I know my friends have advice. Because you're all wonderful and over-educated?

i don't know if this is what you're looking for but i suspect self esteem will be an issue and anything that can encourage an interest or ability will help that and getting him meeting other people who he can socialise with.

Another thing would be, off course, to make sure the school he goes to is properly equipped with the person..that does the education plan thingie. The thingie. *cough.* yeah.

Letting him pick out his clothes is an easy one. *shrug* My family still likes buying clothes for me, and while they might be good at it, hers (her's?) might not be.

Paying attention is another one that should be obvious but might not be. *shrug*

Make sure he has an activity at school that's fun?

...Don't force him to eat foods?
