Oh, hey, I have a question.
May. 13th, 2005 02:36 pmDespite my shortage of CDs (not that short a shortage, I just don't know where they are, and they're all my mom's anyway), I do have a lot of tapes. Which I haven't listened to since my tape player disappeared or died or whatever it did.
Is there a way (even an expensive way, since I'm just being all theoretical here) to transfer tapes to CD?

Of course, I assume that once you have them stored digitally, you would just burn yourself a CD. :-)

Unlike the rest of the world, I don't want anything saved on my laptop. I like having tons of free space.

Date: 2005-05-13 12:34 pm (UTC)No, I don't live near you (Oklahoma) so my comment was not especially helpful unless you want to ship tapes to me.
Also, it's not even as if you could buy this CD burner and necesarily have it do this. It works in this way because it can take information from my bf's stereo. Which plays tapes. The burner itself does not have a place for tapes.
Okay, yah, so I've just proved that my comment was, on the whole, not helpful at all.

All ou need is the playing device, a supercool TV, and a recording device.
I'll have to ask him about it.
