Less than Susie. Is using the previous example as the implicit in a comparative statement immediately following that example wrong? What makes it wrong and why didn't anyone ever tell me.
"I could care less" or "he could care less" doesn't mean "less than another person", it's an illogical variant of the phrase "he couldn't care less (than he does)".
