I'd weep for them, but then they might start eating lox and leaving less for me!

Edit: Incidentally, fun fact, the lox you're likely to buy in the supermarket (smoked salmon) isn't, technically speaking, lox. Lox is salmon cured in a salt brine. Smoked salmon is just, well, smoked salmon. It's still yummy, though.

Lox doesn't even really smell. I don't know what they're talking about. It's rather like when Jazzy told me that hummus is gloppy. That's called not well made or slightly bad.

I have my lox with: bagel (duh), tiny bit of butter, cream cheese, onions. No tomatoes or capers. And no orange juice. That's just weird.

ooh! i forgot the tomatoes. which are necessary, but only if they're fresh and bright. out of season tomatoes just look anemic and depressing.
