I can understand wanting (and expecting) compensation if you have a permanent account. You paid for that. But listen closely: if you have a free or early adopter account, you did not pay for anything. You did not lose money for the time that LJ was down. Yes, it sucks, yes, I can see how you were distraught and traumatised - but you do not deserve compensation. YOU SPENT AND LOST NO MONEY.

Hey, it sucked dirt, but I survived! I spend way too much time on my computer as it is, so it was an opportunity to get caught up on other projects. :)
