There's just some things I can't read. This is one of them.

I deliberately create a little illusion in which humanity is basically good and would never do something like this. Intellectually I know it's bullshit but I tread a very fine line in which I'm scared that if I admit people can act like this, then I will go insane.

I didn't scroll down that article. I read the visble page then closed the window. Natural disasters I can deal with, but not this.

I am creating my own ignorance. This is sad.
