And even if it does, are there grounds for impeachment for machine malfunction? I think impeachment has to take improper conduct from the politician to work.
I agree. However... well, I'm a suspicious cynic at heart. This is the sort of conspiracy theory that I can see as possible. Maybe it's not a conspiracy. That's certainly as likely as the other. However, malfunctions of the magnitude need to be looked into.
