I mean, the buses are running, but nobody else is coming in, and it’s not a job you can just shut down for the day.

At what point can you leave even though no one else is coming in? (Are you legally allowed to work hugely long shifts?)

Are they required to find someone to take over if you’re on shift for, say, 24 hours? Or is it a ‘suck it up, buttercup’ situation until whenever someone else shows up?

It was raining when I agreed to come in. I don’t know that I would have if it had already been snowing!

Welcome to two weeks back!

My office is closed through today and tomorrow. Really did not expect this to happen in the last week of February, this feels like more of a Canada thing to happen.
