I wasn't completely serious in the comment that post refers to. Fortunately, the not-quite-original poster realized that, which is all I'd been worried about, but now it's over, I thought I'd explain.

Lots of things upset me.
However, I don't have the energy or time to care about most things.
So I only actually get upset at a few things.

If I'm really upset, I'll probably use a more depressing icon (the why aren't you crying one is a clue that I'm actually upset) and either not pick a mood or pick one like "irritated" or "irked". However, this isn't the only way to know I'm upset.

If I'm exaggerating either my view or anybody else's view, I'm probably joking around. I'm serious, of course, I'm not disagreeing for the sake of disagreeing, but I don't want people to take me completely seriously. So if I bring English back to IndoEuropean, that's a joke. If I point out that the Standard dialect of English is the brother to most less prestigious dialects instead of the parent of them, I'm probably trying to be taken seriously. Or, if I say something that's similar to a quote, I'm probably not serious. So even though I really *do* support logical punctuation, the fact that I was channeling Winston Churchill there should be your clue that I'm not being completely serious.

Hope that helps. If not, no matter. It'll all come out in the wash, as always.

Oh, and remember. If you're pissed at me, you're perfectly welcome to explain why. Please make sure that all forms are filled out in triplicate, and that you pay a $35 deposit fee before making any complaints. Compliments cost $50, because they make me nervous. :P

Ooh, a way to make you nervous. I'll be sure to file that away in the memory banks. *hums*
