15 inches would probably defeat most of the underwear designed for people of unusual penile size. That kind of situation is simply uncomfortable, and it still assumes that there's someone who wants to be in the receiving end of that.

Also, most *anythings* intended for people with "other than average genitalia (at least for male genitals) make the very unfounded assumption that the penis and testicles are proportionate to each other.

This leads to a lot of "good" ideas actually being *bad* ideas.

penis size and testicle size aren't strongly correlated. You can have a large penis and small testicles, or a small penis and large testicles.

The latter causes a number of "interesting" (annoying!) problems.

Yep, I've even had doctors who were clueless.

On a side note, nobody ever talks about *thickness*. Too thin causes some annoyances as well.
