Date: 2023-09-29 09:29 am (UTC)I've talked to a guy who tried to report being raped back in the 70s. At first the cops thought it was a joke. When they realized he was serious they threatened to arrest *him*. They were basically going with the "you're a hooker whose client stiffed you" idea...
