Man, TotK has a lot of things to collect

There's schema stones and yiga schematics, there's korok seeds (of course!) and bulbulfrog gems, there's shrines to find and finish and sage's wills to gather, there's so many types of armor to find and then upgrade, there's the compendium to fill out....

Oh, and side quests, can't forget those. If I play my cards right, it may take me years before I have to enter the creepy castle with the creepy music so as to advance the plot.

Don't forget the wells, Link's gotta find and visit all the wells too! And take pictures for yet another compendium, and wtf happened to all the work he did already? Did Purah delete that?

Zelda took the Slate with her into the past. The Purah Pad is a whole new device, and Purah had to program it from scratch. She didn't have a chance to import the compendium or maps.
