I usually buy only pre-peeled garlic.
Dec. 4th, 2020 03:48 amI am more than happy to pay the markup for that convenience. We use a lot of garlic. A clove of garlic a day keeps the vampire away, but ten cloves a day keeps everyone away.
But the pandemic is heating up again, and we can't get pre-peeled garlic through grocery delivery, so I caved and got a garlic roller. It's cheap enough.
It's fun to use, and certainly effective... but once this is done, I'm gonna go back to my jars of pre-peeled. It's just a little faster.
