The ice cream truck came by yesterday

(Why do I always say "the" ice cream truck instead of "an" ice cream truck?)

Either ice cream trucks are an essential business, because they sell food I guess, or he had gone rogue. Whatever, he wore a mask and buying ice cream cones was honestly the most exciting thing to happen to us since March. Better yet, it's the good kind of exciting.

(Except for the part where he was out of rainbow sprinkles. Bah.)

There rarely is more than one truck in any given space. Which is curious, since there supposedly is a good amount of markup you can make on ice cream...
