So, um, how often do most people clean their windows?

I have no idea what's normal here. Hourly? Biweekly? Yearly? Once a decade, whether you need to or not? Just whenever you can't stand the grime anymore?

well, I can't clean the outsides of mine because I live in an apartment and I don't have a cherry picker.

Mine don't lean in, and I have a big fixed middle pane I have no idea how I would get access to. Can't even reach it from the fire escape.

Worse, my windows side-slide, and one is in the permanently open position (where the AC is mounted) so it blocks access to about half of the inside of the big middle pane.

I have no idea.
