Yes to nearly all of this. Apparently racing suits tend to be a bit higher cut than casual suits because that gives them a slight competitive advantage... and they're almost never made in a size suited for swimmers with longer torsos either. So this school might not have much of a choice when it comes to uniform suits. But then the damn ref and parents need to stop staring at these girls' butts!
